For years I unfortunately thought that the only way for me to be 'pretty' was to have long hair... and to have long hair by any means necessary. I spent so much time and money buying hair, weaving hair and braiding hair to give me the long tresses I always wanted.

Today I cut my hair the shortest it has ever been.

I've never felt so beautiful in my life.

Reasons to move to London {Post 004}

Derbyshire - can it get any more beautiful and lush then this?  I must admit that while I do consider myself more of a 'city girl', I would love to go out to the country, hole myself up in a tiny cottage and get some serious R&R by reading book after book and drinking tea by a warm and cozy fire. I am truly looking forward to exploring not only London but all of the UK; especially it's breathtaking countryside. Cheers!

THE Makeup kit

This year for Christmas my older brother, James, really shocked me by getting me a few things that I love, including a small Coach wristlet and a makeup kit from Artistry. The only with the kit though was that in was in the wrong color. (sad face)


After waiting a little while, last week I finally got the right shade in the kit and oh my goodness it's so awesome! The makeup is light and gives me a totally natural and fresh face. Seriously ladies give it a try you will not be disappointed. Here's what comes in the kit:
